KSM Follows Moussaoui Strategy: Talk About Torture & God

On his first day before the Guantanamo military commission, 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed seems to be following the lead of convicted terrorist Zacarias Moussaoui by repeatedly invoking God and refusing to asnwer questions.

Asked if he agrees to his legal representation, KSM launched into a religious chant, “God is all sufficient… Glory be to god … god is the guardian of the righteous.”

When the judge interrupts to tell him that he is not answering the question, KSM says, “I now I can’t cross that red line. I know I can’t talk about torture.”
