Scandal hits Hong Kong as prominent businessman Michael Leung, along with his daughter and her husband, get busted for insider trading on Dow Jones stock weeks before the official announcement that Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp. wanted to buy the financial news conglomerate. Insiders are pointing the finger at Dow Jones director David K. P. Li.

Health Care
Conflicts of interest at the Constella Group, a private health care company, which got a federal contract to oversee a list of carcinogens and then months later added a virus to the list while two of its private sector clients were developing vaccines to treat that virus.
